The company has an experienced workforce allocation section that is responsible for the selection and despatch of suitably skilled and experienced staff to work assignments. Our workforce allocation team work from a rostering application that contains all pertinent information on all our staff so that the correct people are chosen from the start.

Swetha International has the required staff to operate in NSW, Queensland and Victoria. It currently holds a staff base of 300 employees, with an administration section that holds 20 staff, and is able to respond promptly to all client demands.
